From an outstanding group of finalists, 6 winners were chosen – 3 video winners and 3 essay winners. Using the same entry formats (video or essay) as the National scholarships, high school-age students in Oregon, Washington, California, and Texas have opportunities to earn Stop the Bleed Scholarships.
(Any existing submissions to the National Scholarships from students in these states will be automatically included in the State Scholarship offerings.) Winning students will receive scholarship money towards post secondary education.

Winners and their schools will be notified by June 11, 2019 to coordinate scholarship funding and for the schools to receive the Stop the Bleed Kits and Training.
