Students who receive an extension of time retain access to the Harvard Libraries electronic resources after the term ends.
Students enrolled in distance courses also continue to have access to video lectures until the extension-of-time deadline or their grade is changed, whichever occurs first.
The service is unavailable for a short time each term while the Admissions Office awaits students' final grades, and then processes applications and admits students to degree programs.
Completion of Required Course Work and Examinations/Tests: All work for a course must be submitted on time for a student to be eligible for a passing grade.
Faculty reserve the right to change dates of tests with notice, as long as alternative times fall within the regular course schedule. Proctors: Following the European model, your instructors might not be present during exams.
Proctors are responsible for seeing that the exam regulations are followed.
Grades cannot be changed after April 1 for fall and January session courses and August 3 for spring courses.
Students are entitled to an explanation of their grades if they believe a calculation or clerical error has occurred; however, they should be careful not to harass instructors.
Students are responsible for arriving on time for all examinations and written or oral tests.
Exams or tests can take place on any scheduled class or exam day during the published dates of the semester.
